with the Slow-Rolling Bar with Black Neoprene Friction Sleeve shown in the foreground. Slow-Rolling Dispensers dispense tissue freely, but reduce free-spooling and wasteful stripping of rolls. Interchangeability of the different Lock-Bar styles provide three different dispenser configurations.
